I think it should have come with more packaging for protection. It came as shown in the photo. You can see that the box was crushed somewhat but luckily the hair clipper works fine. The product was delivered quickly, faster than expected. The hair works excellent. This is my second hair clipper. The exact same one. I’m going to give one to a friend and take mine with me as I travel because it’s light weight and convenient. And I save money because I don’t have to pay for haircuts.
